A children’s theatre festival was organised in Karnataka to commemorate the birth centenary year of Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The event was conducted by Ranga Kahale, Bengaluru, in association with the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, and held at Kolara and Tumakuru on 9th and 15th November.

The festival brought together children from diverse cultural backgrounds, who showcased a range of art forms. Approximately 30 teams comprising nearly 200 children performed plays, dances, music shows, documentaries, and instrumental pieces.

The events were aimed at encouraging children to engage in cultural activities while paying tribute to Shri Vajpayee’s legacy. The festival concluded with appreciation for all participants, coordinators, and volunteers for their role in the successful execution of the programme.
