The Ministry of Culture, in collaboration with Archana Foundation, Lucknow, organised a seminar and cultural programme on 30 November at Hotel Awadh International, New High Court, Ayodhya Road, Lucknow, marking the 150th Birth Anniversary of Bharat Ratna Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.

Councillor and City Vice-President, Bharatiya Janata Party, Lucknow, Shri Rakesh Singh inaugurated the event and paid tribute to Sardar Patel, briefly reflecting on his life and contribution. Outreach activities were conducted in nearby areas to inform citizens about the commemoration.

The cultural segment featured Avadhi folk songs, folk dances, and traditional performances. Local participants and community members gathered to honour Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s legacy. The event was held under the ongoing commemoration of 150th Birth Anniversary of Bharat Ratna Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel by the Ministry of Culture.
