Ministry of Culture and Gautam Buddh Shiksha Evam Jankalyan Sansthan commemorate 75 Years of Constitution Adoption

The two-day programme commemorating the 75 Years of the Adoption of the Constitution of India was organised on 30th and 31st October 2025 by Gautam Buddh Shiksha Evam Jankalyan Sansthan in association with Ministry of Culture. The events were conducted under the Ministry of Culture’s national commemoration “Hamara Samvidhan, Hamara Swabhiman”, which was initiated on 26th November 2024. The programme was held on 30th October 2025 at Gautam Buddha Education Center, Badepur, Chhibramau, Kannauj, and on 31st October 2025 at Lok Bharti Hall, Sarai Dayamganj, Chhibramau, Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh.

As part of the commemoration, a range of educational and cultural activities was organised to enhance constitutional awareness among students. Competitions in drawing, essay writing, elocution, speech, and quiz were conducted along with cultural performances including songs and dance. A dedicated photo and poster exhibition displaying over 470 exhibits on constitutional themes was also arranged to highlight key aspects of India’s constitutional values and democratic traditions.

Students from Classes 3 to 10 participated in the activities and presented creative interpretations of themes such as justice, liberty, equality, fraternity, national unity, and civic duty. The programme also included addresses by eminent citizens, invited speakers, and public representatives who emphasised the significance of safeguarding constitutional principles and understanding the responsibilities of citizenship.

Prizes and certificates were distributed to winners and participants to acknowledge their involvement and to reinforce continued engagement with constitutional values. All competitions and activities were conducted in accordance with the objectives set under the Ministry of Culture’s national commemoration framework.

The event formed an integral part of the year-long national observance marking 75 years of the adoption of the Constitution of India, aimed at strengthening public understanding of the Constitution and reinforcing the collective commitment towards democratic governance.
