A two-day programme commemorating the 150th Birth Anniversary of Bharat Ratna Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel was held on 18-19 November at Saint Hall, Hanif College, Semra Ramnagar, Chandauli. The event was organised by Manav Jagriti Foundation in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Government of India.
Speakers at the programme reflected on Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s life, his role in the freedom movement, and his leadership in achieving national integration. Cultural presentations were staged in his honour, including shehnai recitals, and students from local schools presented poems highlighting his values and contribution to the nation.
The programme concluded with closing remarks by representatives of Manav Jagriti Foundation, acknowledging all guests and participants.
