4th Edition of Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign Announced

The Ministry of Culture has launched the 4th edition of the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav to encourage citizens to hoist the National Flag with pride. Union Minister for Culture and Tourism, Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, announced that over 5 lakh youths have registered as volunteers to inspire widespread participation. He emphasized that Har Ghar Tiranga is not just a campaign but an emotional movement that unites 1.4 billion Indians under the timeless colours of the Tiranga, instilling patriotism, civic pride, and awareness about its significance as a living symbol of democracy and independence.

This year’s campaign will see close coordination between the Ministry of Culture, State Governments, Union Territories, educational institutions, and community organisations to ensure nationwide participation. Citizens are encouraged to display the Tiranga at homes, offices, and public spaces, and share their celebrations online using #HarGharTiranga. With growing enthusiasm each year, the initiative has become a true people’s movement celebrating India’s unity in diversity.
